Role & Responsibility
We are looking for a technically strong and analytically minded ERP Business Analyst/ Project Manager to join our team. You will own end-to-end delivery across ERP customization, backend development, and data analysis — gathering client requirements, building the solution, and delivering the insights. This requires a solid combination of developer mindset and business acumen.
Skills
- 3 - 4 years of experience in ERP systems like SAP/ Zoho/ Oracle Netsuite, Business Analysis, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in SQL — complex queries, joins, aggregations, and large relational datasets.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with exposure to customization or backend configuration.
- Ability to independently handle both development and analytical deliverables.
- Advanced Excel skills — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, dynamic charts, and data validation. •
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable in client-facing roles.
- Calm under pressure; able to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and translate them into ERP customizations, API integrations, or backend solutions.
- Customize ERP modules to meet specific client business requirements, including backend logic, workflows, and configurations.
- Develop and maintain backend scripts and integrations using Python and SQL to extend ERP functionality and connect with third-party systems.
- Test, debug, and deploy ERP customizations; ensure quality and consistency across client environments.
- Work across ERP modules to extract, transform, and analyse business data for operational and strategic reporting.
- Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and dynamic charts to support business decision-making.
- Leverage data warehouses and ERP data sources to respond to ad-hoc business queries in a clear and timely manner.
