Senior Business Analyst / QA (8 years experience) - Charles River IMS
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Charles River IMS solutions.
- Gather and document complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality and compliance.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Charles River IMS and related investment management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis and QA within the financial services industry.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Charles River IMS is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of asset management workflows, trading systems, and compliance.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced knowledge of financial instruments, market data, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or business analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
