Junior Business Analyst / QA (3-5 years experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Participate in the design, development, and testing of software applications.
- Support the QA process by developing and executing test cases, reporting bugs, and ensuring product quality.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or QA within financial services.
- Good understanding of asset management, wealth management, and investment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Charles River IMS/ Murex/ Calypso/ Razor or similar experience is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with financial instruments and market data.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
