Challenge
Our customer wanted to build a NOC support team that can help them meet the stringent SLA requirements that they have with their customers. We needed to build a 24*7 support team along with robust processes that can deliver reliable monitoring and reporting.
Solution
We worked with the leadership team to understand the SLA requirements. Also, we studied the resource requirements needed to address deployment across the globe. We worked with the customer to streamline the workflow and reporting processes. With these inputs, we were able to deliver 24*7 NOC services, freeing up the bandwidth of the customers to focus on developing products and winning new customers.
Results
We were able to complete the L1 support transition within 2 weeks. We took over the ownership of L1 scheduling and reporting processes. We also implemented metrics that helped customer measure key KPIs like - Mean time to Response; Mean time to remediation.
