Challenge

Our customer wanted to reach out to 2 sets of prospects - Service providers who are providing security ops as a service and end customers who would like to deploy state of the art cyber security solutions in their organisations. Buyers, in this case, are very discerning technical professionals, who cannot be targeted by ads or channels like e-mails. It needs trust based one-on-one selling.

Solution

We worked with the founder to develop a LinkedIn “connection request” based outreach. Focussed prospecting helped us identify the right prospects in the service provider and end customer segments. We deployed low touch and high impact technical engagement with key buyers on LinkedIn. 

Results

We were able to achieve 25% acceptance and meetings starting from the first week of engagement.
