Salesforce Marketing Cloud was implemented and finetuned to implement and scale all marketing campaigns. Multiple channels (Email, Web, SMS, Calls) were integrated to enable a seamless experience for the customer.

Service cloud was implemented successfully along with multi channel integrations. The solution has enabled a very scalable infrastructure for all marketing campaigns. Detailed analytics have also enabled the launch, monitoring, fine-tuning and iterations of marketing campaigns easily and effectively.
